Overview

The lite version of EBLI Island offers an introduction to the EBLI instructional methodology, specifically designed to enhance early reading skills through engaging activities embedded in two stories. The full version provides access to over 16 stories and a wealth of interactive activities aimed at fostering beginning reading and more advanced literacy skills. Below is an overview of the app's features:

EBLI's initial app caters to early readers, starting as young as age 3, accommodating up to six children simultaneously. The interactive environment of EBLI Island invites children to explore a series of research-based reading activities that embody the innovative EBLI instructional approach. Parents and educators will appreciate the effectiveness of EBLI’s multi-sensory teaching model, which facilitates a significant acceleration in reading development.

Set on EBLI Island, learners embark on an adventure that requires completion of various activities across 16 stories to collect secret powered gems and unlock EBLI characters. The app focuses on teaching letter sounds through word instruction and transitions into sentence reading. Proper letter formation is reinforced through Peterson Handwriting prompts. Additionally, motivational rewards encourage continued engagement as children navigate the activities.
